BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Cleveland State shattered the school record for best round, carding a 305 to finish tied for eighth of 16 teams at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational that concluded on Sunday morning.

Hosted by Bowling Green, the tournament was played at the par-72, 5,960-yard Stone Ridge G.C.

CSU took off 38 shots from Saturday's opening round score of 343, moving up two spots in the final standings.

The 305 bettered the old school record of 312 done two times, including last week in the second round of the Colonel Classic.

Today's round was also the second lowest of the day and second lowest of the entire tournament, topped only by Detroit's final round 296 this morning.

Freshman Allyson Hackman fired a career-best 75 today, finishing tied for 21st to lead the Vikings. She finished with a 36-hole total of 161 (86-75) with her round today bettering her 77 at Butler in the fall.

Junior Shelly Ford tied for 30th place at 163 (86-77), while senior Lisa Barber tied for 35th place at 164 (86-78). Junior Madeline Kaminski tied Hackman for the lowest round by a CSU player today, carding a 75 to finish tied for 51st place (93-75 - 168).

The squad will conclude the regular season when the Vikings play in the Ball State Invitational on Saturday (April 20), leading up to the Horizon League Championship in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., from April 26-28.
