The Cleveland State wrestling team will be hosting a Welcome Back Celebration at the Whiskey Island Marina on Saturday, August 22 at 6 PM.

The event will be an opportunity for alumni to interact with the incoming freshmen, talk with the returning wrestlers and their families as well meet with the coaching staff to discuss the upcoming season and the future of Cleveland State wrestling.

"This is a great opportunity to bring together the team and families with our larger Viking family," head coach Ben Stehura said. "We think this will be a great event and we look forward to welcoming back our former players."

The marina is located at 2800 Whiskey Island, Cleveland, OH 44102. The cost will be $15 and will include hotdogs, brats, burgers, three sides and non-alcoholic drinks.

"We have a large freshman class coming in and this is the first opportunity for them to connect with alumni," Stehura said." We're excited to see what they can do and I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season."
