2015-16 - SENIOR SEASON
Won second straight EWL title at heavyweight to qualify for nationals for third time in his career... enters NCAA Championship with 28-6 record, including 14-1 in duals and 5-1 in EWL dual matches... has five tech falls, four major decisions and two falls... won all three matches at EWL Championship (3/5), including a 5-4 tie-breaker in the finals... the win in the finals was his 100th career victory... placed at the Southern Scuffle (1/1-2) for second straight year, finishing sixth... went 5-0 to win the Clarion Open (11/1) for the second straight year.

2014-15 - JUNIOR SEASON
Finished with a 31-4 record en route to an EWL Championship as a heavyweight... qualified for NCAA Nationals and won one match there... major decision wins vs. Ohio U. and Eastern Michigan... pin vs. Bloomsburg in 27 seconds... fall win vs. John Carroll in 44 seconds... finished first at the Clarion Open... second at the Navy Classic... third at the Binghamton Open... fifth in the Southern Scuffle... was consistently ranked all season... earned a spot on the National Wrestling Coaches Association All-Academic Team...

2013-14 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Finished third for the second straight year at the 2014 EWL Wrestling Championships... was second on the team with 19 wins, posting four pins, four major decisions, nine decisions, and two wins by forfeit... picked up a 8-3 victory by decision against Rider (Feb. 15)... went 3-1 at the EWL Championships en route to a third place finish.

2012-13 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Went 22-13 as team’s heavyweight.... had two major decsions, three pins, and 17 decsion wins... finished third at the EWL Championship for second year in a row...earned a berth to the NCAA Championship... Top 8 at Navy Classic...Lake Erie Open Champion...defeated Evan Daley of Clarion twice...Defeated Jacob Aiken-Phillips of Cornell...Defeated Kettler of George Mason....dropped both matches at the NCAA Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL
Shaw was a dominant high school wrestler in Ohio, winning the last two Ohio High School Athletic Association Division II state championships at 285 pounds…was a perfect 42-0 as a senior…placed all three years after taking fourth at 215 pounds as a sophomore in 2010…qualified for states all four years…led team to district title senior year.
