EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Cleveland State men's tennis team dropped its second match to a Big Ten opponent in as many days, falling to Michigan State on Saturday evening in East Lansing, Mich. Like Friday night at Ohio State, the Vikings fell by a 7-0 margin.

Unlike Friday against the Buckeyes, however, every Viking player won at least one game in their singles match against Michigan State. Eric Winn, playing at No. 2 singles, had the best showing on the score sheet, falling by a 6-2, 6-3 margin.

The Vikings return to play next weekend with another pair of road matches. Saturday finds CSU traveling to Youngstown State for a Horizon League match, then heading to St. Bonaventure a day later. In addition to the men's slate for the weekend, the women return from their break by hosting Toledo on Sun., Feb. 1, at the River Oaks Racquet Club in Rocky River, Ohio. The women's match begins at 12 p.m.
