Cleveland State Men’s Tennis Closes Out Play At Wake Forest Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Cleveland State men's tennis team closed out play at the Wake Forest Invite Sunday, picking up five singles wins.

Cole Chappell capped off an undefeated weekend in the D1 Singles Flight on Sunday, picking up a 6-4, 6-2 victory over teammate JuandeDios Abboud to finish the Wake Forest Invite with a 3-0 singles record.

Nico Jamison and Devin Boyer both picked up wins against UNC Greensboro opponents, while Carl Gedlitschka earned a win against North Carolina A&T, and Andrew Zimcosky defeated an opponent from Furman.

This marked the final tournament of the fall season for the Vikings.
