Cleveland State Men’s Tennis Continues Fall Season By Hosting Viking Invitational

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State men's tennis team will continue its fall season this weekend, hosting the seventh annual Viking Invitational. Action at the Viking Invite will begin on Friday, October 27 and run through Sunday, October 29 in the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion on the Cleveland State campus.

2023 Viking Invitational
This year's Viking Invitational will be a single-flight tournament, with a 48-player singles draw and a 24-team doubles draw. There will also be back draw rounds for both singles and doubles. 

The Field
Cleveland State will welcome six teams to the MMTP for the Viking Invitational this weekend, as Buffalo, Dayton, Holy Cross (Ind.), IUPUI, Western Michigan, and Youngstown State will compete in the three-day tournament.

2023 Fall Campaign
This will mark the fourth of five tournaments during the fall season for the Vikings, with Cleveland State set to close out the fall season next weekend at the Wake Forest Invitational.
