2009-10 - JUNIOR SEASON

Was able to win eight races, including the 200 individual medley three times, the 50 free once, the 100 free twice, the 100 breast once and the 200 breast once...swam the team's second fastest 200 breast (2:01.39) and 100 breast (55.54) along with the second fastest 200 individual medley (1:51.55)...placed second in the Horizon League with his best time in the 100 breast and 200 breast and ranked fourth in the 200 individual medley...set three personal records in the 50 breast (26.34), 50 free (22.10) and the 100 free (47.54)...consistently improved times in the 200 breast and 200 IM at the Horizon League Championship.

2008-09 - SOPHOMORE SEASON

Together with Jakub Dobies, the formidable duo provided a 1-2 punch in the breaststroke events...swam team's fastest time of the season in the 200 breast (2:01.09) during the Horizon League Championship title swim...swam the team's second-fastest time in school history in the 100 breast (54.46) at the Horizon League Championship to finish runner-up in NCAA "B" cut time...finished ninth in the 200 IM at the league championships (1:52.70)...also won the 200 breast against Niagara (2:09.40).

2007-08 - FRESHMAN SEASON

Made an immediate impact in breaststroke and IM events...named Horizon League's Newcomer of the Year...won the 200 breaststroke and placed second in the 100 breaststroke and 3rd in the 200 IM at the Horizon League Championship...turned in team's second-best time in the 100 breaststroke (55.34), 200 breaststroke (2:01.02) and 200 IM (1:51.21)...Swam the second-fastest times in school history in the 100 breaststroke (55.34) and 200 breaststroke (2:01.02) and the fifth fastest 200 IM (1:51.21), all at the Horizon League Championship...member of school record-setting 200 free (1:21.35) and 400 medley relay teams (3:18.55).

HIGH SCHOOL

Multiple event junior national champion in his career prior to CSU...competed on European National team...attended X Gymnasium in Croatia.

Born Feb. 18, 1989 in Zagreb, Croatia...son of Tilda and Mario Gasparin...has one brother, Mihael, and one sister, Ela...psychology major.
