2006-07 - Junior Season
Provided depth for CSU in the distance freestyle and individual medley events...posted the team's second-fastest time in the 1,650 freestyle (16:50.45), as well as the third-fastest times in the 500 freestyle (4:45.39) and the 400 individual medley (4:22.13)...scored points for the squad in the 1,000 freestyle and the 1,650 freestyle at the league championships.
2005-06 - Sophomore Season
Clocked the team's second-fastest time in the 1,650 free (16:30.86) on the final day of the Horizon League Championships (2/25)...posted season-best times at the league championships in the 500 free (4:42.92) and 1,000 free (9:46.28)...turned in season-best performances in the 100 breast (1:07.16) and 200 IM (2:04.02) against Canisius (10/29).
2004-05 - Freshman Season
Recorded the second-fastest mark on the team in the 1,000 free (9:45.69) while turning in the third-best team times in the 1,650 free (16:28.27) and 400 IM (4:18.53)...his times in the distance free events all ranked among the top 10 in the Horizon League...contributed points at the Horizon League Championships in the 500, 1,000 and 1,650 free events.

Chagrin Valley Conference champion in the 500 freestyle as a junior and senior and 200 free champion as a senior.

Born Aug. 2, 1987 in Cairo, Egypt...son of Fouad and Tima Elgamal...has three brothers, Haissam, Omar and Mohamed, and one sister, Dima...earned CSU's Athletic Academic Excellence Award in 2005...electrical engineering major.
