2010-11 - FRESHMAN SEASON

Posted his best times in the 100 breast (1:00.19), 100 fly (51.74) and 200 fly (1:52.27) at the Horizon League Championships...his 200 fly earned him 11th place at the League Championships...that 200 fly was seven seconds better than his time in his debut on Oct. 15...also shaved almost eight seconds off his 200 breast time from the beginning of the year...routinely trimmed time off his 100 fly score, eliminating five seconds throughout the course of the year...swam team's fifth-fastest 100 fly and third on the team in the 200 fly.

HIGH SCHOOL

Earned back-to-back state titles in the 100 fly and 100 breast as a junior and senior at Summit High...placed 11th at the 2009 Junior Nationals in Columbus, Ohio during his junior season...member of high school team that was the state champion in 2008, the state runner-up in 2007, and that won four consecutive district championships.

PERSONAL

Born Dec. 29, 1991 in San Antonio, Texas...son of John and Kathy Allen...has one brother, Marshall, and two sisters, Merritt and Marie...member of the honor roll and speech and debate team...biology major.
