Michael Romanella

Michael Romanella enters his second season with the men’s soccer team as the volunteer mental performance coach.

Romanella currently works as a practice manager, mental health & performance coach with ACE Sports Psychiatry, where he has been since 2021. He also started working for the Cleveland Browns in 2017 as a scouting assistant for player personnel before transitioning to a film analyst for player personnel in 2021.

Romnaella also served as the director of football operations, recruiting analyst at Merrimack College for four years.

Romanella graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass and Interpersonal Communications.
