CLEVELAND, Ohio- On Tuesday morning, freshman forward Sergio Manesio was named Horizon player of the week from College Sports Madness.

Last Saturday against Green Bay, Manesio netted a pair of goals in the match who helped lift Cleveland State to a 3-0 shutout win.  Through 12 matches played, Manesio is tied for the team lead in goals with three.  He has attempted 17 shots at the net and has eight shots on goal for the Vikings.

Manesio and the Vikings will be back in action tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. as the men's soccer team will travel to Bowling Green.
