This will be the first meeting between these two teams, as the Royals were previously NCAA Division II before transitioning to Division 1 this season.
About the Royals
Queens comes into the game with a 2-8 overall record and a 1-4 mark in ASUN games. After winning their first-ever ASUN game against Detroit at home, the Royals fell to No. 16 Jacksonville on the road, 25-5.
Jack Royer and Hunter Meyer lead the offense with 12 goals apiece, while Royer has a team-best 12 assists. Jacob Martin is the main faceoff person, going 62-of-147, and Jacob Schreck paces the team with 28 ground balls. Queens has used four different goalkeepers this year, with Wesley Wheat leading the way with 55 saves.

Ryan Haigh leads the offense with 16 goals, while Gannon Matthews is tops in assists, 16, and points, 31. Cameron Logan tops the Green and White in ground balls with 27 and saves 112. Robbie Brazanskas and Tanner have each caused nine turnovers.
ASUN Preseason Poll
Cleveland State was selected to finish seventh in the ASUN after receiving 38 points. Utah topped the poll with 92 points, Jacksonville was second with 90 points, and Robert Morris came in third with 85 points.
ASUN Preseason All-Conference Team
Gannon Matthews, a sophomore from Eagle, Idaho, was named to the preseason team as a midfielder.
