LEBANON, Ohio - Cleveland State holds the lead at the conclusion of the first two rounds of the Dayton Spring Invitational. Jake Scott and Steve Weir paced the Viking effort with back-to-back 75s to stand in a tie for fifth place at six-over par (150). Mike Rutgers joined the pair in the top 10, tying for eighth at plus-eight (152), after opening the tournament with a 69 -- the only sub-70 round of the day.
UW-Green Bay's Garrett Gosh leads the individual race at even par (144) after posting rounds of 74-70. St. Bonaventure's Josh Anderson is four shots back in second place, while Siena's Robby Bigley and SBU's Andy Whalen are tied for third at 149.
