2008-09 (JUNIOR SEASON)

Had the third lowest scoring average on the team (75.6), including low round of 69 at the Wright State Invitational... appeared in 10 of 14 events, missing four of the spring events due to an ankle injury... was back to health in time for the Purdue Invitational... carded a final round of 72 to help squad capture the Horizon League title, placing 18th overall... had three 18th place finishes including a 77-74-73 (224) performance at the Cleveland State Invitational.

2007-08 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)

Played in all 13 events and all 33 rounds, finishing fourth on the team with a 75.8 scoring average... carded a career-low 68 in the second round of the IPFW Fall Classic en route to tying for sixth place (70-68-70)... tied for ninth the following week at the Belmont Fall Shootout (71-70-77)... led CSU with a 12th place finish at the Irish Invitational (75-69)... fired a three-under-par 33 on the back nine during the second round of the league championship... captured the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship in July.

2006-07 (FRESHMAN SEASON)

Finished fourth on the team in average at 77.1...competed in nine of the 11 events...registered two top-10 finishes, including a career-best tie for third place at the Butler Spring Invitational (3/19-20)...carded career-low 68 in second round of Morehead State Classic (10/9) en route to ninth place finish overall...tied for 21st at Horizon League Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL

Owns the school scoring records for nine holes (31) and 18 (69)...three-time first team all-conference selection...first team all-district honoree in 2006 after earning honorable mention accolades the previous season...led team to sixth place finish at state tournament as a junior...helped squad to trio of league and sectional titles...also lettered three years in basketball, twice earning second team all-conference honors...team went 20-5 his senior year, winning league, sectional and district titles before losing in regional championship game...attended Medina High School his freshman and sophomore years.

PERSONAL

Born Aug. 28, 1987...son of Greg and Gail Cobb...has three sisters, Lyndsey, Allison and Emily...father was a three-year letterwinner on the Cleveland State basketball team (1976-79), while his mother lettered twice for the Viking softball squad (1979-80)...accounting major.
