CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's golf team returns to action at the Davidson Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (Feb. 29-March 1).
The tournament will be played at the par-72, 7,208-yard River Run CC.
CSU opened the season on Monday and Tuesday at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate, finishing eighth in the 17 team field. Blake Prince shot back-to-back rounds of even-par 72 to open the event and a final round 75 to tie for 20th place overall at 219.
Joey Krecic leads the team with a 72.6 scoring average and has seven rounds of par or better this year. Prince is right behind with a 73.3 scoring average and six rounds of par or better, while Paul Minko and Pat Luth are both averaging 74.5. Mitchell Moore, who closed the Wexford Intercollegiate with a final round two-under-par 70, sports a 74.8 scoring average.
CSU is back in action on March 28-29 at the Villanova Wildcat Invitational.
