DAYTON, Ohio - Cleveland State shot a final round 300 and finished seventh of nine teams at the Wright State Intercollegiate that concluded on Monday at the par-71, 6,666-yard Miami Valley Golf Club.
Mitchell Moore carded CSU's low round of the day with a 73.
Blake Prince finished a strong tournament with a final round 74 and tied for sixth place overall with a career-low 54 hole total of 219 (73-72-74). It was the first top-10 finish for the freshman during his brief career.
Michael Balcar played the event as an individual and placed fifth with rounds of 76-69-73 (218). Michael Bishop, who was also playing as an individual, carded a final round 74 today.
Valparaiso and Northern Kentucky finished tied at 880, while the Crusaders won a one-hole playoff, 17-18, to win the team title.
The Vikings play in their final regular season event of the season on April 18-19 at the Penn State Rutherford Invitational.
