CSU junior Norris Cole
l Scored in double figures for the second time this season, finishing with a career-high 38 points, tied for eighth highest single game effort in school history. (old 26 vs. UIC in HL Tourney in 2008-09).
l He scored 27 of his points in the second half.
l It was his ninth career 20-point game and first 30-point effort.
l It was the most points by a Viking since J'Nathan Bullock scored 39 vs. Green Bay (2/11/08)
l He was 13-for-13 from the foul line, tying the school record for free throw percentage in a game (T-3rd most attempts).

CSU sophomore Trevon Harmon
l Scored in double figures for the second time this year, finishing with 14 points, including 13 in the first half.
l Added two assists and two rebounds.

CSU sophomore Aaron Pogue
l Scored in double figures for the second time this year, tallying a career-high matching 11 points with three dunks.
l Added 10 rebounds for his first career double-double.
l Also had a pair of assists.

Miscellaneous Notes
l This was the fourth series meeting between CSU and Florida A&M with the Vikings entering the game having won two of the first three meetings.
l CSU trailed just once in the first 20 minutes (3-2, 18:00) but ran off six straight points to take the lead for good (8-3.14:20). A 19-3 burst over a 7:17 span turned a one-point lead into a 31-14 CSU advantage (5:51).
l CSU led 38-27 at the half.
l CSU opponents came into the game shooting .588 from the field this year (57-97) but a 19-58 effort by FAMU pushed the percenatge below .500 (76-155).
l After being out-rebounded in each of the first two games, CSU had a rebounding edge for the frst time, 45-38, including a season-high 17 offensive rebounds.
