CSU senior Norris Cole
- The leading scorer in the Horizon League, he posted his 21st career 20-point scoring effort (2nd this year), totalling 25 points.
- He added 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.
- Was 8-for-17 from the field and 9-for-10 from the line.
- Cole now has 1,247 points to rank 13th in CSU history.

CSU junior Trey Harmon
- Continued his early season scoring burst by tallying 16 points.
- Added a career high 10 rebounds (old high 6 vs. multiple opponents), for his first career double-double.
- Went 4-for-4 from the line to extend his consecutive free throws made streak to 29, passing Ken McFadden (1986-87) and Jack Shaughnessy (1949-50), who each made 27 straight, for second all-time at CSU. Damon Stringer holds the record with 32 in 1999-2000.

CSU junior Aaron Pogue
- The Viking big man scored in double figures for the ninth time in his career, finishing with 11 points.
- Was 4-for-7 from the field
- Went 3-for-3 from the foul line to improve to 8-for-11 for the season (.727).

Miscellaneous Notes
- This is the third series meeting between Cleveland State and Iona with the teams splitting 2the first two games, with each winning on their own court.
- This was the second game of the second day of the 2010 World Vision Classic. Kent State routed Bryant, 90-49, to improve to 2-0 in the tourney while Bryant dropped to 0-2. CSU will play Kent State on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. for the championship of the World Vision Classic while Bryant will meet Iona at 3:30 p.m. for third place.
- The first half featured two ties and five lead changes, the last coming with 6:38 left when Harmon scored in transition to put CSU ahead, 20-19. Iona led by as many as three in the opening stanza (3-0, 19:22) while the Vikings' largest lead was nine (34-25 at half).
- The Viking defense was solid, limiting Iona to .404 shooting (23-for-57) while forcing 14 turnovers.
- After out-rebounding Bryant 28-26 last night, CSU played strong on the boards, owning a 38-27 edge vs. Iona, including 23-12 in the first half.
- After shooting .500 in the opener, CSU had another good shooting night, going 25-for-52 (.481).
- The shooting carried over to the foul line where the Vikings were 22-for-23 (.957), the fifth-highest single game effort in CSU history.
- CSU had an uncharacteristic 18 turnovers in the match, 12 coming in the first half. Iona turned them into 20 points.
- Freshman forward Luda Ndaye came in midway through the second half and knocked down three big shots (6 points) to help CSU secure a double-digit lead.
