CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State sophomore Bryn Forbes was named to the All-Horizon League second team, while Jon Harris was named the Horizon League Sixth Man of the Year, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

The voting was conducted by the league's nine head coaches, sports information directors and select media

Forbes, last year's Horizon League Newcomer of the Year, leads the team and ranks seventh in the league in scoring (15.7 ppg). He has made a CSU single-season record 75 three-pointers and has nine 20-point scoring games this year. With 877 career points, Forbes is one of just four players in CSU history to reach 800 career points as a sophomore.

Harris, who joined CSU as a transfer from Miami (OH) this summer, is the first player from CSU to earn Sixth Man of the Year honors. He is averaging 10.6 points per game and ranks seventh in the league in rebounding (6.1), coming off the bench in all 30 games he has played in. Harris, who is shooting .538 from the field, has 15 double figure scoring games this year, the most in a season by a CSU reserve (Anton Grady had 13 in 2011-12).

The Vikings finished the regular season at 21-10 overall and in second place at 12-4 in the league. The second-seeded Vikings will open play in the Horizon League Championship with a semifinal game on Saturday (March 8) at 7:00 p.m. at the Resch Center in Green Bay. CSU will play either Oakland, Youngstown State or Wright State.

The semifinal game will be shown live on ESPN3 and on tape delay at 11:30 p.m. EST on ESPNU. The game will also be broadcast on AM 1420 WHK and AM 1440 WHKZ with Al Pawlowski providing the play-by-play.
