Was chosen team captain his senior year...placed sixth at the district championships as part of the 400 freestyle relay...selected as a WRC Second Team All- League in the 100, 200 and 400 freestyle relays...received the Most Improved Award and the Coach's Award his senior year...is part of the 400 freestyle relay school record...also participated in softball, where he was a two-time All-Star Team recipient.
