Leslie Masterpaul is in her second year as the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing, Promotions, and Fan Engagement at Cleveland State.

Prior to Cleveland State, Masterpaul worked for five years as the Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Northern Colorado. She also spent three years as the Assistant Director of Communications and Operations at Montana State University.

Masterpaul graduated from Dennison University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education – sport management. She went on to obtain her master’s from Ohio State in sport management.
