Morgan Sutton

Morgan Sutton enters her first year as an Athletics Academic Advisor at Cleveland State University.

Sutton comes to the Vikings from Millersville University, where she served as a Graduate Assistant for NCAA Compliance and Academics. In that role, she developed and hosted personal growth workshops for 450 student-athletes. Provided academic advisement and counseling services for at-risk students. Introduced student-athletes to various campus departments and resources. Created success plans to encourage student development and independence. Formulated detailed reports of academic and athletic progression and eligibility.

Sutton worked in various areas at Coastal Carolina University after graduating. She began as an Academic Support Specialist before transitioning into a Ticketing role at CCU.

Sutton graduated from Coastal Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in recreation and sport management along with a minor in business administration. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in sports management from Millersville University.
