2019 // SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in five races throughout the season…recorded a season-best 5K time of 20:11 at the Disney Cross Country Classic…posted a season-best 6K time of 24:21 at the Horizon League Championship…finished the Queen City Invitational with a time of 20:25 in the season opener…notched a time of 20:42 at the Tommy Evans Invitational.

2018 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in all six races during the season, finishing as one of Cleveland State’s top runners…recorded a season-best 5K time of 19:26 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic…posted a season-best 6K time at the Horizon League Championship, crossing the finish line in a time of 23:43, which ranks among the top-50 fastest times in the CSU Record Book…also recorded sub 20-minute 5K times at the Duquesne Duals (19:38) and Tommy Evans Invitational (19:31).

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time Ohio State cross country meet qualifier…earned the Cross Country Coaches Award as a senior…part of Oakwood High School team that won the 2015 South Western Buckeye League championship…helped Oakwood finish second in the South Western Buckeye League as a junior and senior.

Born January 4, 2000 in Cincinnati, Ohio…daughter of Christopher and Heather Michael…has two brothers, Dylan and Sean…named Academic All-Ohio…graduated with an Honors Diploma…plans on majoring in nursing.
