Opening Whistle
The Vikings return to the field for the first time in a week on Saturday evening at Wright State with a 7 p.m. Horizon League contest. 

Last Time Out
Cleveland State scored in the second minute against Northern Kentucky and then hunkered down for the 1-0 shutout on Alumni Day. Maddie Young was the goal scorer off an assist Mayra Sesmas.

All-Time Series
The Raiders lead the series with a 13-6-1 record. Last season, Wright State upended the Vikings 2-1 in Cleveland. WSU got on the board in the 25th minute and led 1-0 at halftime. Wright State extended the lead in the 52nd minute before Rylee Bussen scored the lone Viking goal off an assist from Lina Feltovich in the 82nd minute.

About the Raiders
Wright State sits atop the Horizon League with 10 points and is unbeaten in league games with a 3-0-1 mark. The Raiders are coming off a 2-2 tie at IUPUI last Sunday. This season, WSU is 3-0-0 on their home field. Marcella Sizer leads the team in goals with four and points with nine.

Team Leaders
Mayra Sesmas and Maddie Young have four goals and an assist for nine points. Lina Feltovich and Grace Krosky have two assists apiece. Liv Fain has 23 saves to go along with three shutouts.

Preseason Poll
The Cleveland State women's soccer team was selected to finish fourth in the Horizon League Preseason Poll, as voted upon by league head coaches, the Horizon League announced on Wednesday.

Oakland topped the Horizon League poll with five first-place votes for 115 points, while reigning HL Champions, Milwaukee came in second with five first-place votes and 108 points.
