Kelly Bruce will begin her second season at Cleveland State during the 2018-19 season, serving as the team’s director of basketball operations. Bruce will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball team, travel arrangements and practice coordination.
Prior to joining the Vikings, Bruce spent two years at Division III Penn State Behrend where she served as a graduate assistant coach for the women’s basketball team. Bruce also has experience as a student assistant coach at Mount Union, where she was also a two-year member of the women’s basketball team.
Bruce is a 2015 graduate of Mount Union, where she earned an undergraduate degree in psychology. She also earned a masters degree in business administration from Penn State last spring.
