INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – After helping Cleveland State women's basketball to a pair of wins over Purdue Fort Wayne and Green Bay last week, senior Mickayla Perdue has been named the Horizon League Player of the Week. This marks the second weekly honor for Perdue this season and the fifth time that the Vikings have been recognized.

Last time out, Perdue and the Vikings moved into first place in the #HLWBB standings following a 70-60 victory at Purdue Fort Wayne and an 86-63 win over Green Bay. With the two wins, Cleveland State improved to 20-4 overall this season, marking the third straight 20-win campaign for the Vikings.
