Jordana Reisma Set To Join Cleveland State Women’s Basketball For 2022-23 Season

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland State women's basketball head coach Chris Kielsmeier has announced the addition of Jordana Reisma (Brown Deer, Wis.) for the 2022-23 campaign, as she has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Cleveland State University beginning next fall.

"Today is an exciting day with the addition of Jordana to our Viking Family. Jordana's length and versatility fits what we do and who we are," Kielsmeier said. "She will be able to impact the game on both ends of the floor – her skill set will allow her to score from both inside the paint or on the perimeter, while she can alter and challenge shots and provide a rebounding boost on the defensive end of the floor."

Reisma joins the Vikings as a three-time All-Woodland East Conference honoree, earning Honorable Mention accolades as a freshman, Second Team honors as a sophomore and First Team accolades as a junior.

During her first three years of basketball at Brown Deer High School, Reisma has finished the season ranked among the top-five in the state for blocked shots, including a second place finish as a junior last year.

Entering her senior season, Reisma currently has 766 points, 612 rebounds, 285 blocks, 63 steals, and 43 assists for her career.

"As a captain of her high school team and a multi-sport athlete, Jordana brings well-rounded experience and growing leadership skills with her to the next level. We are looking forward to having her in the Green & White!" said Kielsmeier.

In addition to basketball, Jordana also participates in volleyball and track and field.
