CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State wrestling team has announced their upcoming 2022-23 schedule, featuring seven home matches and one open.

COMPLETE 2022-23 SCHEDULE

The Vikings start the year at the Michigan State Open on Saturday, November 5. The first dual match is at home on Friday, November 11 against the University of Pitt at 7 p.m. Cleveland State will then head to the Bob Del Rosa Ohio Intercollegiate on Sunday, November 13, and conclude the month with three matches at Purdue on Sunday, November 20.

The month of December consists of three opens; the Storm at Lake Erie (Dec. 4), Cleveland State Open (Dec. 11), and Midlands Championships at Northwestern (Dec. 29/30). The lone dual will be at home against Clarion in the MAC opener on Thursday, December 22 at 7 p.m.

January will see the Vikings compete in six duals and their final open, with three of those coming at home. The three home matches are Lock Haven on the 20th and SIU Edwardsville/George Mason on the 28th.

Cleveland State starts off February with back-to-back home matches on February 9 against Kent State and Bloomsburg on February 11.

The MAC Championships are March 3-4 at George Mason, followed by the NCAA Championships from March 16-18 in Oklahoma City.

Season and individual tickets for the 2022-23 season will go on sale Monday, October 10.
