From The Sideline
"Overall, tonight was a good night for us. This was our very first game against an opponent after; three days away from the gym, 11 hours on a plane, nine hours on a bus (including five today), and about 10 miles of walking yesterday. Our guys literally worked out the kinks while being pretty intent on doing the things we have been working on throughout the summer. We missed a lot of shots in this game, but normally those would be shots that we would make once we get settled in. What stood out was our transition offense, rebounding, and the fact that we got good contributions from a lot of different people. We will continue to move forward, and I can't wait to see what progess we make in our second game." - Head Coach Dennis Felton
