2017 TOMMY EVANS INVITATIONAL COURSE MAP

LAST TIME OUT
Cleveland State had a strong showing in last weekend's season opener, with four Vikings posting sub 20-minute 5K times at the Duquesne Duals. This marked the first time under head coach Joe Jaketic that four Vikings have recorded sub 20-minute 5K times in the season opener.

BRANDT LEADS VIKINGS IN COLLEGIATE DEBUT
Running in her first collegiate race, freshman Anna Brandt tallied the team's fastest 5K time at the Duquesne Duals last Saturday, finishing 12th overall with a time of 19:05. Brandt's time of 19:05 marked the fastest 5K debut for a freshman during head coach Joe Jaketic's 13 seasons, while it is also tied for 18th on the Cleveland State Top Performances List.

FINLEY RECORDS CAREER-BEST AT DUQUESNE DUALS
Sophomore Jessica Finley had a great start to her second season as a Viking last weekend, posting a career-best 5k time of 19:23 at the Duquesne Duals. Finley, who bettered her personal-best by seven seconds, was Cleveland State's second finisher in the season opener, placing 16th overall. Finley's time of 19:23 was just her second sub 20-minute 5K of her career, while it also cracked Cleveland State's Top Performances List.
