2013 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Posted a season-best 5K time of 20:14 at the Ohio Invitational…recorded a season-best 6K time at the Friendship Invitational, finishing in a time of 25:43…was the third Viking to cross the finish line at the Dayton Flyer 5K, finishing in a time of 21:12…finished 65th at the Horizon League Championship, finishing the 5K course in a time of 21:08.

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year letterwinner in cross country…earned all-league and all-district honors as a freshman, sophomore and junior…led the team to four league championships, a district title, and a pair of top-10 state finishes.
