Kayla Lefeld is the epitome of what hard work and dedication can lead to. A reserve outside hitter for the first two plus seasons of her career, injuries forced Lefeld into the starting lineup last season and she responded by becoming one of the top all-around players in the Horizon League. She has the ability to make a full rotation on the floor, terminating points at the net, while also scrapping for loose balls on defense. In addition, Lefeld is armed with one of the most lethal serves in the league that can lock up opponents with the speed and movement on the ball.
