After sitting out all of last year, Alisa Hatcher returns to battle for a spot on the outside. She has great ball control and at the very least will play a lot defensively and serve as one of the primary passers.

2004 - Junior Season

Sat out the season while receiving treatment to remove a blood clot discovered at the end of the previous year.

2003 - Sophomore Season

Missed final three matches with a blood clot in lungs...posted a career-best 23 digs against UW-Green Bay (10/24)...matched her career-high with 16 kills versus Boston College (8/29)...second on the team with 360 digs, posting 10 or more digs 21 times...played a majority of season at libero, but also started 10 matches at outside hitter.

2002 - Freshman Season

Named Horizon League Co-Newcomer of the Year...played in all 31 matches, getting the starting nod in 30...finished second on the team with 35 aces...third on the team in kills (2.53 pg) and digs (2.52 pg)...notched career-high 16 kills while hitting .394 against UW-Green Bay (11/2)...posted 10 kills and a then career-best 16 digs at Robert Morris (10/22)...hit .714 against Buffalo with 11 kills and only one error in 14 attempts...had 16 matches with double-digit kills and 14 with double-digit digs.

High School

Earned a total of 10 letters as a prepster...four-year starter in volleyball...led team to a school-record 20 wins in her final campaign...averaged 7.7 kills and 3.3 digs per game as a senior when she was named second team all-Ohio in Division II, first-team all-Central Buckeye Conference, District 9 Player of the Year and team MVP...as a junior, was third-team all-state, Springfield News-Sun and Bellefontaine Examiner Player of the Year, first-team all-CBC, District 9 Player of the Year...holds the school record for kills in a season (415), kills in a game (30), digs in a season and digs in a game...in softball, first-team all-CBC for three years at shortstop and all-area team for four years...Chieftains were CBC champs in 2000... also earned the Chieftain Scholar Athlete Award.
