Cleveland State Volleyball Falls To Youngstown State

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State volleyball team returned to Woodling Gymnasium to begin its final homestand of the season Tuesday evening, dropping a 3-0 match against Youngstown State.

The duo of Lydia Latimer and Laken Voss posted 10 kills each to lead the Viking offense, while Karly Klaer notched 28 assists on the match.

Emma Walker led the Viking defense with 17 digs against YSU, while Sarah DeGeorge added 12 digs.

Madison Olinger finished with a team-best four blocks on the match, while Latimer added three and Madalynn Butler tallied two.

As a team, the Vikings combined for seven service aces on the day, including three from Latimer and two from Voss.
