
OBERLIN, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team closed out action at the Oberlin Invitational Saturday, recording seven top-10 individual finishes on the final day.
The Vikings recorded a trio of sixth place finishes on the day, with Madelynn Madison notching hers in the 1500 Meter Run (5:08.73), Jillian McArdle recording hers in the 100 Hurdles (16.70) and Leah Hoover posting hers in the 200 Meter Dash (28.38).
McArdle also finished seventh in the 400 Hurdles (1:15.76), while Savannah Shaver (1500) and Ana Crangle (800) both notched eighth place finishes in their respective events.
In addition, Crangle also posted a ninth place finish in the 1500 Meter Run on the day.
The Vikings will continue their outdoor campaign next weekend, competing at the Oakland Invite on Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8.
