KENT, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team was in action for the final time before the Horizon League Indoor Championships Saturday, with a small contingent competing at the Kent State Tune Up.

The Vikings participated in the 60 Meter Dash and the Long Jump events.

In the 60 Meter Dash, Hannah Gaskins recorded a time of 8.20 to place 22^nd, while Julianne Dorothal finished 39^th in a time of 8.74.

Gaskins (36^th – 4.31) and Dorothal (42^nd – 3.28) also competed in the Long Jump, while Rachel Wenzel led the Vikings in the event with a 25^th place showing with a mark of 4.78.

Cleveland State will compete in the 2018 Horizon League Indoor Championship next weekend (Saturday, February 24 – Sunday, February 25), which will be hosted by Youngstown State.
