INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – After closing out the 2022 regular season with a perfect 6-0 Horizon League record, the Cleveland State women's tennis team has earned the No. 1 seed in the upcoming #HLTennis Tournament.

This year's Horizon League Tournament will take place Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1, and will be hosted at the Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The top-seeded Vikings will open tournament play with a semifinal contest on Saturday, April 30, playing the winner of the No. 4 Milwaukee vs. No. 5 Oakland first round match on Friday, April 29.
Saturday's appearance in the #HLTennis tournament will mark the 11th straight trip to the semifinals for the Vikings and their 15th semifinal appearance in program history.
Cleveland State enters tournament play with a 13-10 overall record, including its first-ever undefeated season in league play with a 6-0 mark against Horizon League opponents. The Vikings have won six straight matches and seven of their last eight contests.
The winners of Saturday's semifinal contests will advance to the championship match on Sunday, May 1.
