INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Horizon League announced its women's tennis postseason honors Thursday afternoon, with Cleveland State senior Isabella Spindler earning a spot on the All-Horizon League First Team and sophomore Klara Mrcela earning a spot on the All-Horizon League Second Team.

ISABELLA SPINDLER | SR | FIRST TEAM
Spindler earns a spot on the All-League First Team after finishing the regular season with a 7-2 mark against league opponents at the top of the singles lineup. Spindler, who owns a 15-14 overall singles record this year, stands at 12-11 at No. 1 singles this spring.

Entering Horizon League tournament play, Spindler currently has 59 career singles wins and is tied for 12th on the CSU Singles Wins List. With just one more win, Spindler would become the 12th Viking all-time with 60+ victories.

In doubles action, Spindler has teamed with Klara Mrcela to serve as Cleveland State's top doubles team during league play, finishing the regular season with a 5-4 record against league opponents.

Spindler is currently tied for fourth on the CSU Doubles Wins List, owning 65 doubles wins entering the weekend.

This marks the third First Team accolade for Spindler, as she becomes just the third Viking all-time to be a three-time First Team honoree.
