Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion
For the second straight year – and first complete year – the Vikings are calling the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion home. The MMTP, which opened March 9, 2016, features six temperature-controlled indoor courts. With the opening of the MMTP, Cleveland State became the first Horizon League team to have an on-campus indoor facility.

…Vikings In The MMTP
So far this season the Vikings own a 3-1 record when playing in the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion, picking up a pair of 7-0 sweeps over Case Western and Niagara in their last homestand. Overall, Cleveland State owns a 10-2 record in the MMTP, and will have six more home matches this season.

Vikings On The Top-10 Singles Wins List
Entering Saturday's doubleheader, the senior duo of Victoria Bensimon and Princess Gbadamosi rank seventh and ninth, respectively, on the CSU Singles Wins list. Bensimon, who has a team-best 6-4 record this spring, has 65 career wins, while Gbadamosi picked up her 60th career victory earlier this season. Bensimon and Gbadamosi mark the eighth and ninth Vikings all-time to eclipse the 60-win mark.

Closing In On Win #50
Junior Aleksandra Golawska enters Saturday's matches just seven wins shy of marking the 50th singles victory of her career. Golawska, who owns a 9-9 singles record this season, would become the 14th Viking all-time to reach the 50-win milestone. Golawska would also join teammates Victoria Bensimon and Princess Gbadamosi in the exclusive 50-win club.

Head Coach Brian Etzkin
Brian Etzkin is in his 15th year with the Vikings, owning a 189-182 dual match record. During his tenure, Etzkin has guided Cleveland State to a pair of Horizon League Regular Season titles (2014 & 2016), and three Horizon League Championship Match appearances.

Scouting The Bulldogs
Butler currently stands at 3-8 overall this season, and will face Toledo prior to Saturday's match against the Vikings. Butler's three wins this spring have come against Nebraska-Omaha (4-1), Missouri State (4-3), and Indiana Wesleyan (6-1).

This will be the 14th meeting between the two teams under head coach Brian Etzkin, with Butler owning an 8-5 record in the overall series. Entering Saturday's match, the Vikings have won five straight matchups against the Bulldogs.

Scouting The Bonnies
St. Bonaventure enters Saturday's match with a 3-10 record this spring, and is currently on a three-match losing skid entering the weekend. Cleveland State will be the second of three Horizon League opponents for the Bonnies.

This will be the ninth meeting between the two teams over the last 15 seasons, with the Vikings owning a 7-1 advantage in the overall series.
