2010-11 - JUNIOR SEASON

For the second consecutive year, Arzadon peaked at the right moment and set two personal bests at the Horizon League Championships...she swam a 1:06.38 in the 100 breast to place 12th at the Horizon League Championships...by recording a 2:13.83 in the 200 IM, she shaved over five seconds off her time from the year before...finished in the top-five on the 2011-11 team in the 100 (1.06.38) and 200 (2:25.92) breast, as well as the 200 (2:13.83) and 400 (4"59.68) IM...her times in the 100 breast and 200 breast ranked her fifth and sixth, respectively, in program history...won the 100 breast at the City College Meet with a time of 1:08.90, then knocked two seconds off that time before the end of the season.

2009-10 - SOPHOMORE SEASON

Continually improved her time in the 200 breast, finishing with a personal best 2:27.40 at the Horizon League Championship...shaved more than 10 seconds (2:19.03) off of her time in the 200 IM after starting the year with a time of 2:29.98 at Saint Francis... swam the team's fifth fastest 100 back (1:04.66), fifth fastest 100 breast (1:08.59), second fastest 200 breast (2:27.40) and fifth fastest 200 individual medley (2:19.03).

2008-09 - FRESHMAN SEASON

Improved in nearly every meet during her freshman season to become one of the team's best swimmers in the breaststroke events...swam the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 100 breast (1:06.96) in the prelims of the Horizon League Championships before finishing 16th (1:08.26)...swam the eighth-fastest time in school history in the 200 breast prelims (2:28.31) at the league championships...member of school record-setting 200 (1:47.86) and 400 (3:56.14) medley relay teams at the Horizon League Championships...swam team's fastest time of the season in the 50 breast (32.12) on Nov. 25...picked up wins in the 100 breast (1:09.27) at the City College Championships and the 200 breast (2:29.58) against Oakland.

HIGH SCHOOL

Junior National qualifier...four-time Virginia state qualifier...swam the breaststroke, freestyle and backstroke events at South County Secondary School in Lorton, Virginia.

Born Sept. 4, 1990 in Fairfax, Virginia...daughter of Exie and Rey Arzadon...has two sisters, Ashley and Jasmine...sister Ashley swims at the University of Tampa...middle education major.
