2017-18 – FRESHMAN SEASON
Scored in both breaststroke events at her debut Horizon League Championships, both in season-best times … Took 11th in the 100 in 1:04.54 and was 15th in the 200 in 2:22.68 … Swam second leg on the 200 medley relay team that broke school record at HL meet in 1:40.51 … Her second leg split (28.59 seconds) was the second-fastest in the race … Posted a new career best in the 50 freestyle (24.18 seconds) at League meet … Placed fifth in 50 breaststroke at Magnus Cup (29.72) … Won the 100 breaststroke in tri-dual with Green Bay and Marshall and won it in dual at Youngstown State … Swam exclusively in breaststroke and 50 freestyle among traditional events.

Named a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American … Was the 2017 state runner-up at Ohio championships in 100 breaststroke in new career best time (1:04.44) … Finished sixth at the 2016 Ohio state championships in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.92) and 12th in the 50 freestyle (24.65) … Won the 100 breaststroke at her Ohio sectional in 2015 and placed fourth in the state championships in 1:05.28 … Competed with Anderson Barracudas at the M.E. Lyons YMCA … Competed in four individual events at the 2016 YMCA Long Course National Championships … Placed fifth in the 50-meter breaststroke (33.72) and 19th in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:15.88) at that YMCA event with new personal bests in both events … Also competed at the 2016 Dolfin Junior National Championships Cup and placed fifth in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.17) … Ranked as one of the top 50 Ohio recruits in her class by CollegeSwimming … Also competed in golf and track & field … Plans to major in biological sciences.
