CLEVELAND, Ohio-  The Cleveland State softball team fell to Robert Morris 1-0 in what was a pitchers dual on Sunday evening at the CSU Dome tournament.

The Vikings (3-1) had a solid outing from sophomore Susan Knight.  Knight went seven strong inninings, striking out four batters and allowed no walks on three hits given up.  In the last of the seventh inning, sophomore Erica McNew led off with a lead off single, but the VIkings could not rally off of McNew's single.

The Vikings will be back on the diamond on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 15-16) as CSU will travel down south to Charlotte, N.C. to take on Drexel and Charlotte on Saturday.  First pitch will be at 10:00 a.m. and will then follow with 12:00 p.m. start on Saturday.
