CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State softball team will be holding walk-on tryouts on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 2:00-3:00pm at Viking Field.

If anyone is interested in trying out they must do the following PRIOR to trying out:

Contact Assistant Coach Stephanie Taylor at 216-687-4095 or via email at s.taylor04@csuohio.edu to get proper Compliance Paperwork (This paperwork must be filled out prior to trying out).

Must provide proof of Sickle Cell Test from your primary care physician.

Must provide proof of a Physical within the last 6 months from your primary care physician.

Must provide proof of Insurance within the last 6 months (photo copy front and back of insurance card).

The above listed information must be provided and documented prior to walk-on try outs, no exceptions will be made. If the above date and time doesn't fit into your schedule, please contact Stephanie Taylor to set up a different time and date.
