    •    Head coach Dallas Boyer is in his first season after serving as an assistant coach at CSU for the previous 11 years. Boyer earned his first win as a head coach with a 2-1 victory at Kent State (Aug. 20). It was CSU's second win over Kent State in 11 matches.
    •    CSU's five goals against Youngstown State (Sept. 27) were the most since a 7-0 win over Chicago State on Aug. 23, 2015. It was also the most goals CSU has scored in a League game, breaking the old mark of four set four days prior against Oakland.
    •    Dani Sowinski scored three goals vs. Oakland (Sept. 23), becoming the first CSU player with a hat trick since Amanda Sivic at Chicago State on Aug. 31, 2014.
    •    Sowinski joins Sivic, Jamie Avona and Ashley Walchack as the only players in school history with three goals in a game.

    •    Junior McKenna Vento has seven career assists, tied for sixth in CSU history.
