Fadenholz Named Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State junior Chloe Fadenholz (Brookpark, Ohio) has been named the Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Vikings to two wins in three matches last week.

In the three matches, Fadenholz totaled two goals and one assist.

She began the week with a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win over Akron on Tuesday night and scored the game-winning goal in the 66th minute in a 2-1 win at Bowling Green on Friday night.

The goal vs. BGSU marked the third straight game in which Fadenholz scored a goal.

She ranks second on the team in goals (3) and points (7).

The Vikings are back in action this weekend when CSU heads to New York for two matches, playing at 7:00 p.m. at Canisius on Friday and at 2:30 p.m. at Niagara on Sunday.
