
DAY ONE RESULTS AND DAY TWO LIVE RESULTS
RICHMOND, Ky. – The Cleveland State women's golf program put up back-to-back solid rounds to play itself into the top-five of Eastern Kentucky's Colonel Classic at the University Club at Arlington on Monday.
The Vikings were led by Sabrina Coffman who found herself in fourth place overall at 1-over. Her day was highlighted with a superb second round as she posted a 1-under (71) performance. Coffman tied for fifth with six birdies on the day and sixth with 25 holes of par. She also led the field on par 4s with a 3.95 average strokes per hole and posted a 3-under on the day on par 5s, tied for second-best over the first two rounds.
Madison Butler (+9) and Olivia Swain (+10) were right behind Coffman in ties for 21st and 28th, respectively. Butler was tied for third with 27 pars while Swain finished tied for fifth with six birdies. Swain had the Vikes second-lowest round of the day with her 1-over, 73 in the second.
Lexi Knight (T62nd, +19) and Meg Rossouw (72nd, +23) rounded out the scoring attack for the Vikings.
As a team, the Vikes had 15 birdies (tied for third overall) and 104 pars (tied for fifth).
