Turski Cards Final Round 74 at Grand Canyon Invitational

PHOENIX, Ariz. - Emily Turski shot a final round 74 as Cleveland State moved up one spot to finish tied for 13th at the Grand Canyon Invitational that concluded on Sunday.

The Vikings shot a team round of 308 today, its lowest round of the 54 hole event.

Turski was CSU's top finisher, tying for 47th place at 235. She carded rounds of 81-80 yesterday before today's 74.

Madison Butler and Amanda Baker tied for 61st place overall with a 239 total. Butler shot 81-83-75, while Baker carded rounds of 83-78-78. Kaylee Neumeister tied for 65th place at 241 (78-82-81), while Sophie Kelner tied for 73rd (82-76-86-244).

Ashley Knight, who was playing the tournament as an individual, shot a 76 today after back-to-back rounds of 79 yesterday and tied for 43rd place with a 234 total.

The Vikings resume the spring schedule at the Babs Steffens Hatter Collegiate in Florida from March 24-26.
