Vikings Finish Fifth at Dolores Black Falcon Invitational

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Cleveland State shot a final round 324 and moved up one spot to finish fifth of 10 teams at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational that concluded on Sunday at the par-72 Stone Ridge G.C.

Kaylee Neumeister notched a top-10 finish with a 36 hole total of 157, following up yesterday's 79 with a 78 today. Sophie Kelner shot 74-85 (159) to tie for 12th place, while Emily Turski carded rounds of 82-81 to tie for 22nd place at 163.

Rayna Oosterhuis tied for 31st place at 166 (85-81), while Ellie Cronin tied for 34th place with back-to-back round of 84.

Ohio won the title with a 615 total, while host Bowling Green was second at 630. Central Michigan was third at 635 and Oakland (637) and CSU (643) rounded out the top-five.

The Vikings will play their final regular season event on Friday (April 14) when CSU hosts Bowling Green and Youngstown State for a tri-meet at Pine Hills G.C. in Hinckley, Ohio. The first tee time is scheduled for 2:30 pm..
