ORLANDO, Fla. - The Cleveland State women's golf team opened the spring season with an early-season dual on Sunday against Youngstown State, falling 331-340.
Playing at the challenging Rio Pinar GC on a cool, windy day in Orlando, the Vikings received a team-best score of 81 from freshman Rayna Oosterhuis who tied for medalist honors.
Allyson Hackman shot an 83, while Madison Lomas fired an 86, Emily Turski shot 90 and Sophie Kelner had a 91.
The Vikings are now out of action until March 21-22 when CSU competes in the Butler Spring Invitational.
