Cleveland State vs. Notre Dame (OH) 

SETTING THE SCENE
The Cleveland State women's basketball team will return home after a three-game roadswing this weekend, hosting Notre Dame College at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 29. Saturday's contest will be the third meeting between the two teams, but the first since the 1974-75 season. Entering the weekend, Cleveland State stands at 2-2 on the year, while the Falcons have a matching 2-2 record.

A WIN SATURDAY WOULD…
Give the Vikings back-to-back wins for the first time this season…Bring Kate Peterson Abiad within two wins of the 150th of her career…Keep Cleveland State perfect at home during the 2014-15 season.

LAST TIME OUT
The Vikings ended their three-game roadswing with a win at FIU last Sunday, defeating the Panthers, 73-65. All nine Cleveland State players that saw action at FIU got in the scoring column, with three Vikings finishing the game with double-digits. Kiersten Green had a team-high 18 points, while Olivia Voskuhl posted a team-high eight rebounds.

PERFECT AT HOME
The Vikings will be trying to keep their record perfect at home on Saturday, as the Vikings enter the contest with a 1-0 record at the Wolstein Center this season. Cleveland State has 15 regular season home games during 2014-15, and will be trying for its fourth perfect season at home in program history, and the first under head coach Kate Peterson Abiad.

SCOUTING THE FALCONS
Notre Dame (OH) enters Saturday's contest with a 2-2 record on the season, including a 1-1 record in the Mountain East Conference…This will be Notre Dame's first and only contest against a Division I opponent this season…Four Falcons are averaging double-digit points this year, including Martha Nagbe who leads the team averaging 17.3 points per game…Kelsey Miller has been NDC's top rebounder during 2014-15, averaging 9.5 boards per game…Miller has grabbed double-digit rebounds three times this season…The Falcons are under the direction of fourth-year head coach Katie Hine.

VIKINGS FROM THE FLOOR
After the first two weeks of the season, Cleveland State has four players shooting 50-percent or better from the floor, with Alexis Eckles posting a team-high .519 field goal percentage (14-for-27). Cori Coleman (.500, 24-for-48), Kiersten Green (.500, 13-for-26), and Brooke Smith (.500, 11-for-22) round out the group, while Eckles (7th), Coleman (9th), and Green (9th) rank in the top-10 among league players in the category.

…CLEVELAND STATE FROM THE FLOOR
As a team, the Vikings have a .440 field goal percentage through the first four games, ranking fourth among league teams. CSU had a season-best .526 clip against FIU, converting 30 of its 57 shots from the floor. The Vikings also have a .424 three-point field goal percentage - ranking second among league teams.

VIKINGS WITH THE BLOCK
The Vikings recorded a season-high nine blocks against FIU last weekend, with five players notching a block in the contest. The nine blocks is a Horizon League single-game high so far this season, and it is the best single-game total for CSU since the 2012-13 season. Entering the week, Cleveland State leads the league averaging 3.8 blocks per game.

COLEMAN MOVES UP SCORING LIST
With her 14-point performance against FIU (Nov. 23), Cori Coleman once again moved up the CSU career scoring list, and enters Saturday's game ranked 17th with 1,135 career points. Coleman, who ranks third among Horizon League players averaging 16.3 points per game, is the 18th Viking all-time to record 1,100 career points. She is now just one point shy of moving into 16th place on the list and nine points shy of moving into 15th place.

ECKLES NOTCHES FIRST DOUBLE-DOUBLE
Sophomore Alexis Eckles posted the first double-double of her career, and the first of the season for the Vikings, with 17 points and 11 rebounds against Florida Atlantic last week. Eckles went 8-for-11 from the field recording her career-high 17 points, while she grabbed nine defensive boards and two offensive boards to record her career-high 11 rebounds. Eckles is now averaging 8.7 points per game and 7.7 rebounds per game.

VIKINGS FROM BEHIND-THE-ARC
After the first four games of the season, Cleveland State leads the Horizon League averaging 10.5 three-pointers per game. The Vikings have notched at least 10 three-pointers in three of the four games this season, notching a league-high 42 total shots from behind-the-arc. Cleveland State also ranks second among league teams with a .424 three-point field goal percentage.

…COLEMAN FROM BEHIND-THE-ARC
Cori Coleman has once again been one of Cleveland State's top three-point shooters, recording 10 three-pointers through the first four games. Coleman ranks fourth in the Horizon League averaging 2.5 three-pointers per game, and enters Saturday's contest with 162 career three-pointers. She is tied for fourth on the CSU record list, needing just one more three-pointer to move into third place and four more three-pointers to move into second place all-time.

…GREEN CLOSING IN ON TOP-10
After going 6-for-7 from three-point against FIU last time out, Kiersten Green surpassed 100 career three-pointers, entering Saturday's contest with 102. Green, who leads the Vikings and the Horizon League averaging 2.8 three-pointers per game is just 27 three-pointers shy of cracking the top-10 in the CSU record book. Her six three-pointers against the Panthers is tied for a league single-game high this season, and is tied for seventh in the CSU single-game record book.

TRACKING 1,000 POINTS
Imani Gordon and Kiersten Green are both closing in on 1,000 career points entering their senior seasons - as Green currently has 897 points and Gordon has 857 career points. The duo would become the 25th and 26th Vikings to record 1,000 career points, and the ninth and 10th to do so under head coach Kate Peterson Abiad. They would also be the second and third Vikings on the 2014-15 roster to achieve the feat, as Cori Coleman notched her 1,000th career point last season.
